Difficult if you're driving, the entrance is in an underground carpark, easy to miss on first drive by.
Staff were not very welcoming. We were sad next to the door for the smoking area and it was cold, they said we couldn't close the door, but didn't offer to move us. The experience was also slow. They had a menu item of bread (charged for) that said eat while you read the menu. I asked the waiter for it and he seem annoyed saying it was just bread arnt you going to order anything. For the record it was great the bread was fresh and the dip was lovely. My Carbonara was not nice. But the burger was great.

I paid an advance of 100 lei on the website, and that evening they told me that the DJ would not come and that they would return the money if I wanted. I said ok, but they did not return the money. I kept calling them and they said " I'm sure we'll solve it, we'll call you back right away" but not only does he stop calling me, but I don't even answer the phone anymore. It seems ridiculous to me that a restaurant of this level would try to trick you for 100 lei.

The food is absolutely incredible! My boyfriend had the steak and I had octopus, both were absolutely sensational. Cocktails were really good, great service and a beautiful restaurant.

As a fine dining restaurant, the service and food left much to be desired. Going over that, maybe you hire waiters who respect your "image", not waiters who burn customers for 30 lei. If the waiter was not fined, I would leave him the 30 lei on my own initiative

Last Saturday I had a reservation for the name anniversary and an hour and a half before the reservation they called me to tell me that they have a problem with the heating and they are sitting on the terrace with a jacket because it is cold. Unfortunately, they could not find us a place inside and did not come up with any solution. Extremely ugly. They practically ruined my birthday plans and I had to beat my head to find somewhere else for me and my guests on such short notice.
The worst thing is that when they notified me, they didn't even open the topic of the refund for the advance, which is mandatory for evening reservations. I had to come back to confirm that it will be done. A week later, the refund did not happen. If I didn't come back with a call to ask for the refund, they didn't have the slightest intention to do it. This seems absolutely unacceptable to me.
Although I heard a lot of good opinions about the location, this experience completely disappointed me. I do not recommend!

The location is in an office building. There is no toilet inside the restaurant. A canteen with pretensions and fine dining prices. Pub level service from Neptun - Olimp in season.... The beef steak very thin, cooked well done even though I asked for it medium... the duck breast also well done... The waitress was bored, I asked her if we can move, he answered us through non-verbal language with a "do what you want" gesture. The completely covered "terrace" was smoking, including cigars, we actually smoked. Disappointing! Excellent price-quality ratio.

I made a reservation two weeks ago for today on their website, I paid 600 lei in advance, everything was confirmed. They called me the day before to tell me that the restaurant will be closed for a private event and that there are two options: either they return my money, or I go to their other restaurant, Young& Innocent, where they can give me a discount of 10%.
It is probably ok for a snack, but if you want to celebrate your anniversary, as was our case, avoid this place because you are not sure that the reservation is valid.
Being Sf. Maria, we were left in the tree the day before and it was difficult to find another location on the last hundred.
In conclusion, avoid this place for important events 🙂

A place like this that does not have Aperol spritz cannot have 5 stars. Also the waiting for the food was annoying. The octopussy I had was well cooked but too much sauce, this means I cannot taste it. The environment is by the way nice. Maybe I'll try it again and maybe I'll have a better experience.

Moki has a nice restaurant design, food is ok , we had tuna steak and a Pretzel Sirloin Burger , we had a couple cocktails and the Mojito was one of the worst I ever had , heavy on alcohol, warm with only a couple ice cubes in it and a few leaves of mint. Service was not good , hard to get the attention of the waiter , after the food was served we were forgotten , pretty dismissive.

Not fair, and ofc they refund the money one eternity later... Not profesional at all, so whenever you have a reservation here, you just need a backup plan in case they call for canceling...

Nice place but some room to improve the service and the food. Yes, we have been “early” for dinner (6:30 pm), but this can not be an excuse for not delivering the “modern kitchen” they are promising. We asked the waiter to make sure there are no sesame seeds on and in the food due to my allergy. He confirmed “we are not using sesame at all here” - both the tomahawk schnitzel and the vietnam spring rolls came with 🫣. The salad that came as side dish with the tomahawk was wilted (see the pics) - the reaction of the waiter was: will let the kitchen know.
The overall 4 star rating is only for the nice location and for the fact that they only opened a few weeks ago….and because the Vegan Burger was really good.
We may come back for the dancing but not for the dining 😉

It's definitely more of a High dining place. We visited on Sunday night and it was literally empty so it did feel like a private dining experience.
The staff could have been more friendlier and more welcoming.
The tips are added to your final bill and that you find out when paying that was a bit weird as they automatically take tips.

Very poor food. The salmon entree was actually coarsely cut and very salty, placed on some slices of commercial fried bread, like bake rolls. For my main I had the octopus which was chewy and covered in bbq sauce from the store, something bad... we also had a bone marrow which was dry and tasteless... the restaurant was quite empty. For us it was clearly the first and last time.

service staff doesn't know how to split the bill. instead of asking to pay each person for the food/drink they ordered the staff just split the whole bill in half, then asked the last person paying to pay the whole tip... there were only 5 items ordered so splitting the cost isn't that hard, very incompetent.

We visited this place for a work dinner. The atmosphere is nice, even though the music might be too loud for some people. The service was very good, they accomodated us and checked if the dishes we chose could be adapted to be lactose free, most of the staff is very friendly, polite and at your disposal if you need any help. The starters were very good - we had a charcuterie board, a cheese plateau and tuna. For the second course, I opted for the octopus with baby potatoes and wakame - it was well cooked, but, for my taste the sauce was a bit sweet, so I would have preferred to have it on the side, not on the octopus. It's just a matter of preference though.

Our experience at Moki restaurant was outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed the Mediterranean Bream with artichoke mousse and arugula salad with cherry tomatoes and Parmesan, along with Truffle cream cheese baked potatoes. Our waiter, Elvis, provided impeccable service, adding to the pleasant atmosphere of the evening. I highly recommend Moki for a great dining experience.

Could not reccomend this place enough. Was sceptical about the food as it was very fancy and had no idea what half the stuff that was on the menu was. But it did not disappoint! Mihai, was a wonderful waiter and provided exceptional service! Thank you so much! Will be visiting again when back in Buchurest. Worth every penny!

Ex: I took shrimps with a kefir sauce and I got exactly 2 unshelled shrimps with a spoonful of plain kefir and a little salad, which never weighed 350gr. The portion cost 98 lei, and at this price I want quality on the plate at least!

Have to start by complimenting the service here! The staff was extremely attentive and kind to us, our server made the experience complete.

We had dinner reservations and we arrived the whole place was under renovations, it was incredibly cold and it smelt like paint all over. We had to leave immediately. Thank you for ruining our dinner plans. When you renovate you should be closed.

Disappointing, the food was kept warm for several hours, the burger bun was dry, the waiter who brought us the burger warned us not to touch the plate on which the burger was served because it was hot, this indicates that it had been sitting for several hours warm...dried foie gras, it was kept warm the same way...the preparations are not fresh...I don't recommend, the music is the same, there were some elderly people with a name, and the music was like at a wedding, with Serbs, etc. , for a "table" (those who were at the bar didn't even have a table) the rest of the world was not taken into account "the 7-8 tables there were"...they called us on the day of the reservation to choose our starters in advance as they are full house and that they won't have time to make them for us when we order them...that is, to make them from lunch when they called us and to serve them for dinner...I've never heard that anywhere...the restaurant being about a quarter occupied ...not full as they said...I don't recommend!

The decision to offer a buffet was acceptable, but the execution left much to be desired. I expected a more refined culinary experience.
One of the most anticipated moments of the night, the countdown to midnight, was completely overlooked. There was no midnight countdown, they didn't serve a glass of prosecco for the midnight toast.

The high cost of tickets did not reflect in the quality of service, the variety of food, or the festive atmosphere. The service was brilliant. Alina helped me a lot in gathering my family friends for a late dinner. The stuff was really warm and welcoming. A big diversity in alcohol and food. I would definitely choose to put less onion in salmon tartar, we couldn’t eat it because something wasn’t matching. I’m definitely visiting your restaurant again.

The macaroni was extraordinary. The platter of fine cheeses was delicious. I also had moki burgers, also very good. For dessert, I had the New York cheesecake and the divine dessert, I recommend both, but the divine dessert was much better. The staff was super friendly. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

We had the funghi porcini ravioli and moki burger. The dishes were quite delicious and the cocktails (aperol spritz and gin tonic) on point. I give it 4 stars as I find the menu a bit limited and some dishes a bit too pricy.

The place is very nice, they have good music and food and I got free shots. What bothered me was the fact that they added 200 lei to the bill for drinks that I didn't take. In the end, we paid for what we consumed, but they didn't give us a receipt yet. They still have work to do at work with clients.

My wife and I enjoyed a very cozy birthday dinner at Moki. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and their service was on point. They made sure to accomodate us by turning the heat on request, giving us food recommandations, making sure to follow our reservation specifications (allergies and whatnot). The food was delicious, the DJ had a good music selection and we were spoiled with complementary drinks/birthday cake at the end. This place is a true gem.

Wonderful restaurant, very good cuisine, only one disappointment: they don’t keep the red wine at the right temperature. Very good offer of red wine in the menu and expensive, but not the right temperature. We had a small issue, but the waiter Ionut was really professional and fixed it straight away. Great ambience and decoration! Definetely tasty food and friendly waiters. I recommand the beef.

Very nice place, friendly personnel willing to help and recommend in case you have any questions. The food is nice and tasty while portions are quite generous. On the negative side, there was some sort of live music inside, quite noise making our conversations a bit difficult. Overall i totally recommend the place!
